This is a cover of an old recording that goes around called Kill the Wabbit. The song is often credited to Metallica, but its actually by comedian Mark McCollum.
The song itself is a cover of, or inspired at least by a Bugs Bunny Episode from 1957 called “What’s Opera, Doc?”. A classic i remember from when I was a kid. Mark McCollum is an American comedian and impressionist known for his comedic parody character “Ozzy Fudd,” a mashup of Ozzy Osbourne, the heavy metal rockstar, and Elmer Fudd, the Looney Tunes cartoon character.
McCollum gained recognition in the comedy scene during the late 1980s and early 1990s, performing stand-up routines that blended music and impressions. His most famous bit, “Kill the Wabbit,” is a heavy metal-inspired parody of Elmer Fudd’s pursuit of Bugs Bunny, set to a dark, humorous tone mimicking Ozzy Osbourne’s style.
